通过对学生“厌课”现象的原因分析 ,探索如何克服学生“厌学”心理 ,使体育教学面向全体学生 ,提高教学质量。研究方法 :文献资料法、调查法、问卷法。主要结果与结论 :体育教学在加强教师素质 ,合理安排教学内容、手段的同时 ,应重视调节 ,激发学生参与体育活动的动力因素 ,从学生的内在过程方面推动个体参与体育活动的积极性与持久性。
Through the analysis of the reasons why the students are tired of learning the lesson, it explores how to overcome the psychology of “tired of school”, makes the physical education teach to all the students and improves the teaching quality. Research methods: literature, surveys, questionnaires. Main results and conclusion: While emphasizing the quality of teachers and arranging the teaching contents and means reasonably, physical education should pay attention to the motivation factors that regulate and inspire students’ participation in physical activities, and promote the enthusiasm and persistence of individual participation in physical activities from the intrinsic process of students .
