素质教育是全面发展的教育,也是面向全体学生的教育。但全面发展和面向全体绝不是均衡发展和整体划一,而是强调在所有学生基本素质得到全面发展的基础上,鼓励学生的个性发展,形成学生各具特色的发展格局。在教学中如何才能既面向全体,又尊重学生的个别差异,尊重个体的需要,让每一个学生的潜能得以充分唤醒、开掘、提升呢?本文尝试探索了如下若干策略。
Quality education is an all-round education and an education for all students. However, the all-round development and the overall orientation are by no means a balanced development and an overall unification. Instead, it emphasizes that all students should be encouraged to develop their personality and form their own unique development pattern based on the all-round development of their basic qualifications. In teaching, how can we not only face the whole, but also respect the individual differences of students, respect the needs of individuals, so that each student’s potential can be fully awakened, digging and upgrading? This paper attempts to explore a number of strategies as follows.
