去年4月5日至15日,南方日报以《愉快合作为何走向分手》为题,报道了美晨股份有限公司与该公司原副总工程师时宏因技术提成产生的纠纷,接着围绕科技人员个人科技成果转化过程中的深层次问题,在报上展开了九天讨论,共发了11篇稿件,引起强烈反响。在报道的同时,南方日报还积极促成双方协议和解,避免了一场可能是旷日持久的官司,以及由官司带来的资金、精力和信用上的损失,成功地演绎了报道和调解的双重角色,获得社会各界广泛好评。
From April 5 to 15 last year, Nanfang Daily reported on the topic of “why happy cooperation broke up” and reported the dispute over the technology commissioning between Meichen Co., Ltd. and the company’s former deputy chief engineer.
