据制管厂资料,在各种有缺陷的钢筋混凝土压力管总数中有40~60%由于混凝土渗水而降级为低压管。提高钢筋混凝土压力管质量的一种方法是:在生产中采用《全苏钢筋混凝土研究院》拟定的,压力浸泡水玻璃方法修复混凝土抗渗性工艺(见ВНИИЭСМ丛书《装配式钢筋混凝土工业》莫斯科、 1975年、第四版所载提高钢筋混凝土压力管抗渗性方法,作者:А.И.德米特里耶夫、О.И.克里库诺夫、Г.В.托波里斯基)。这种工艺有两种方案,即:单体试验和现代化的试压机试验。
According to the data from the manufacturer, 40 to 60% of the total number of defective reinforced concrete pressure pipes are degraded to low-pressure pipes due to concrete seepage.
