本文围绕私营企业主是否是社会主义特殊劳动者这一中心议题 ,从深化对马克思劳动和劳动价值论的认识 ,私营企业主的形成、发展以及他们对社会主义事业所作的贡献等方面 ,进行了多方面、多层次阐述 ,同时对其二重性也进行了客观分析。说明在新的历史条件下 ,应以科学的态度评价这个新的社会阶层 ,才能调动一切积极因素 ,扩大党的社会和群众基础 ,这是目前我党面临的一项重大任务。
