医院有一定数量的医务人员佩戴眼镜,由于环境及条件限制,镜架如不注意清洁也会成为造成医院感染隐患,为此,笔者专门对本院医务人员镜架细菌污染的进行了监测。1方法随机抽查本院医师、护士、医技人员共80份镜架样本进行监测。检测方法按2002年版《消毒技术规范》要求,用无菌棉拭子蘸取无菌生理盐水在镜架表面,反复涂抹5次,然后剪去手接触部分,将棉拭子放入装有10 ml生理盐水的试管内,反复振荡80次后吸1 ml倾注于营养琼脂培养皿中,35℃恒温
