陕西西安黑河水利枢纽工程,由拦河坝(130m 高粘土心墙砂砾石坝)、泄洪洞、溢洪洞、引水洞、引水式电站组成,浇筑混凝土总量35万 m~3,经方案比较采用拖式混凝土泵输送浇筑混凝土。鉴于部分预算定额仅有洞内混凝衬砌30m~3/h 泵送一种定额,不能满足本工程施工要求,故搜集补充编制了拖式混凝土泵输送定额和施工机械台班费定额,并以30～60m~3/h 五种泵送混凝土编为一节,共计36个子目。
