一、正确理解质量守恒定律是从量的方面研究化学反应的客观规律,应从如下五个方面去理解。1.明确适用范围:质量守恒定律是指参加化学反应的各物质的质量总和等于反应后生成的各物质的质量总和。这说明质量守恒只适用于化学变化,而不包括物理变化,如水受热蒸发成水蒸气,水蒸气冷凝成水,这一变化前后质量虽相等,但不能把这种变化说成符合质量守恒定律,因为它是物理变化。
