采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对某公司带钢DX51D+Z酸轧过程中的分层缺陷进行研究。结果表明,Al2O3和非金属夹杂物是造成酸轧钢带分层的主要原因,碳元素在界面处的聚集加速了脆性断裂。
Using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer to study the delamination defects in the strip rolling process of DX51D + Z of a company. The results show that Al2O3 and non-metallic inclusions are the main reasons for the stratification of the rolled strip, and the aggregation of carbon accelerated the brittle fracture at the interface.
