The English Course Standard clearly states that the tasks of the English course in the basic education stage are to stimulate and cultivate students’ interest in learning English, to enable students to build their self-confidence, develop good study habits and form effective learning strategies, while reading is a teaching material In a very important section, handle reading well, to improve students’ overall English literacy and ability plays an important role. The author tried to question the teaching of reading in the teaching of reading texts, so that students can taste reading and improve literacy in questioning.
