本文针对当前我国高等学校现代远程教育在教育思想、办学理念、办学模式等方面面临的困惑和发展中的不足,指出我国现代远程教育要形成特色,树立品牌,必须从努力实践“以学生为中心”的理念、加快网络教学资源建设、完善学习支持服务等三个方面实现突破;远程教育应该构建一种非学历教育与学历教育相融合的开放式的网络课程学习模式及质量认证体系;在办学模式上,远程教育应建立公共服务体系和资源共享机制,实现良好的成本效益。
In the light of the current confusion and development problems in modern distance education in higher education in our country, such as educational philosophy, schooling philosophy and mode of running a school, it is pointed out that modern distance education in our country needs to form its own characteristics and establish a brand. "To speed up the construction of online teaching resources, improve the learning support services and other three areas to achieve a breakthrough; distance education should build a non-academic education and academic education integration of open network learning mode and quality certification system; in the school Mode, distance education should establish a public service system and resource sharing mechanism, to achieve good cost-effectiveness.
