通过切割、分馏等方式处理加氢裂化喷气燃料组分制备高闪点喷气燃料,并采用环烷酸类T1602抗磨添加剂改善其润滑性能。分别采用BOCLE和HFRR法考察抗磨添加剂的加入量与润滑性的关系,以及抗静电剂、金属钝化剂、防冰剂等其他添加剂的加入对高闪点喷气燃料润滑性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加10.0 mg/L的T1602抗磨添加剂后,高闪点喷气燃料即可满足BOCLE评价的润滑性要求,抗静电剂、防冰剂与T1602抗磨添加剂有较好的配伍性,金属钝化剂有助于提高喷气燃料在HFRR、BOCLE测试条件下的润滑性。
The preparation of high flash point jet fuel by cutting, fractional distillation and other means to deal with hydrocracking jet fuel components, and naphthenic acid T1602 anti-wear additive to improve its lubricating properties.
