特级初榨橄榄油和纯正撇榄油仅仅通过瓶子很难看出太大区别,倒出来就可以明显区分。分别把两种油倒在纯白色的盘子里,分三步鉴别:一看外观,二闻气味,最后尝味道。一看:特级初榨橄榄油呈金黄透绿的颜色,稠度较高;而纯正撇榄油颜色较淡,比较稀薄。二闻:特级初榨撖榄油有较明显的橄榄果香气,而纯正橄榄油气味较淡,甚至很难闻到。
Extra virgin olive oil and pure skimmed oil is difficult to see through the bottle is too big difference, pour out can be clearly distinguished. A look: Extra virgin olive oil is golden through the green color, higher consistency; and pure skim oil color lighter, thinner. Second smell: Extra virgin olive oil has more obvious olive fruit aroma, while the pure olive oil smell lighter, or even hard to smell.
