我认为衡量世界级科研突破的标准应该符合如下几个方面。首先,该科研成果在本领域中突破了最前沿的科学界限;其次,该科研成果获得本领域的顶级专家的一致肯定;再者,该科研成果经得起一个科学研究领域周期的验证。中国是一个拥有13亿人口的大国,改革开放以来,海外留学人员数量已累计达300多万,但是回国人数不到50%,相当多的优秀人才还留在海外。根据我的了解,作为一位科研人员,特别是高级科研人员,最大的理想是在本领域做出科研
