近年来,江苏省淮河以北地区稻麦周年协调生产问题越来越突出,水稻收获逐年推迟,不但对水稻生产构成威胁,也对小麦适期播种带来严重影响。2015年11月淮北地区遭遇60年不遇的暴雪天气,造成严重的“雪压稻”灾情,给农业生产造成极大损失,这既是偶发的现象,也是该地区长期稻麦两熟季节矛盾的集中暴发。本文主要基于“雪压稻”灾情状况,对江苏省淮河以北地区稻麦周年协调问题进行全面分析,指出存在问题,从技术角度和应对措施两个方面提出解决对策,并对下一步稻麦周年协调发展重点研究方向进行展望。
