采用热重分析法和物理测试技术研究了铁铬合金子700~800℃空气中有Na_2SO_4-MgSO_4-CaSO_4三元熔融硫酸盐膜存在时的腐蚀行为,发现三元硫酸盐能加速铁铬合金的氧化。根据实验结果可以认为,这一加速腐蚀是由于硫化引起的贫铬及硫化物加速传质所致。
The corrosion behavior of Fe-Cr alloy in the presence of Na_2SO_4-MgSO_4-CaSO_4 ternary melt sulphate in air at 700 ~ 800 ℃ was studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis and physical test. It was found that ternary sulphate accelerates the corrosion of Fe-Cr alloy Oxidation. According to the experimental results, it can be considered that this accelerated corrosion is due to the depletion of chromium due to sulfidation and the accelerated mass transfer of sulfides.
