【目的】研究京尼平苷的降血糖作用。【方法】观察京尼平苷对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、糖耐量的影响。【结果】京尼平苷可明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、提高糖耐量(P<0.05),但对血脂无明显影响。【结论】京尼平苷可降低糖尿病模型大鼠血糖。
