随着液压设备日益发展,欲快速了解复杂液压系统的工作情况和确定其故障原因就越来越不容易了。本文介绍利用动作循环表快速消除复杂液压设备的故障,并通过实例论述动作循环表的编制及其应用。液压系统均安装有很多不同的液压控制元件,它们彼此之间与电气设备一起和执行机构相互作用,以保证设备实现正常工作所需要的各个动作循环。确定液压系统的故障,通常的方法是需要根据液压系统工作原理图仔细研究其工作原理,并逐次分析出每一个动作循环的各个液压控制元件所处的工作位置。然而,这样做毕竟相当繁琐,要化费许多时间,而且只有具有相当专业技能的维修人员才能胜任。
With the increasing development of hydraulic equipment, it is more and more difficult to quickly understand the workings of complex hydraulic systems and to determine the causes of their failures. This paper introduces the use of action cycle table quickly eliminate the complex hydraulic equipment failure, and through examples of action loop table preparation and its application. Hydraulic systems are equipped with a number of different hydraulic control components, which interact with each other and with actuators to ensure that the various operational cycles required for proper operation of the equipment are achieved. To determine the hydraulic system failure, the usual method is to carefully study its working principle according to the working principle diagram of the hydraulic system and analyze the working positions of each hydraulic control element in each action cycle one by one. However, doing so is rather cumbersome, takes a lot of time, and is only done by technicians with considerable professional skills.
