钻孔所需功率取决于钻削材抖、孔径、切削速度、进给量和孔的深度。可用下式计算:Hp=l·f·c·k式中:Hp——钻孔所需功率(马力);1——孔深(时);f——进给量(时/转);c——切削速度(呎/分),c:π×D×R/12,其中D为孔径时,R为每分钟转数(转/分);k——功率常数,取决于钻孔材料。使用诺模图,只用一把直尺,按下面步骤、能求得所需功率。 1、根据已知条件,在k尺(不同材料的功率常数尺)和R尺(钻头转数尺)上选两点,用直尺连接此两点,则在参考线上有一交点“I”;
