随着我国经济社会发展进入新常态,在财务信息收集、传递、管理、共享等方面,检察系统的财务工作将面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。新环境、新挑战、新趋向赋予了当代检察系统财务人员新的使命。在现代化财务管理改革持续推进的背景下,财务共享这一创新理念是值得检察体系财务管理人员认真思考的问题。本文以检察系统构建财务共享中心为核心研究命题,探讨检察系统财务共享中心的构建意义、内容、条件、流程、要素以及要注意的问题,以期寻找出一条适合我国检察系统财务管理现代化改革路径。
With the economic and social development in our country entering a new normal, the financial work of the procuratorial system will face unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the collection, transfer, management and sharing of financial information. The new environment, new challenges and new trends have given the contemporary treasurer of the prosecution system a new mission. In the context of the continuous progress of the modern financial management reform, the innovative concept of financial sharing is a question worthy of careful consideration by the financial management personnel of the procuratorial system. This paper takes the construction of financial sharing center as the research topic and explores the construction significance, contents, conditions, processes, elements and problems to be noticed in the financial sharing center of the procuratorial system in order to find out a suitable reform path for the modern financial management in China’s procuratorial system.
