世界各国的经验表明,流程模拟、先进控制与过程优化技术是提高企业经济效益的主要技术手段之一。因此设计开发1个基于生产数据驱动的智能化实用数据处理、建模与优化集成的系统具有重要的实用价值。本文采用组件化程序设计方法,设计了1系列具有良好的可重用性、语言无关性、高度开放性的软件组件,开发了1个集成数据处理、建模和优化相关技术的软件系统,实现了适用于石化过程的建模与优化系统,并在实际企业应用取得社会与经济效益。
The experience of all countries in the world shows that process simulation, advanced control and process optimization are one of the major technical measures to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical value to design and develop a system based on production data-driven intelligent practical data processing, modeling and optimization integration. In this paper, we design a series of software components with good reusability, language independence and highly openness by using component programming method. We have developed a software system that integrates the related technologies of data processing, modeling and optimization, Suitable for petrochemical process modeling and optimization system, and in practical business applications to obtain social and economic benefits.
