随着新一轮课程改革的不断深化,初中思想品德教学改革也蒸蒸日上,许多一线教师大胆地探索有效课堂教学模式。其中,分层教学法的实施,充分体现了因材施教原则,促使优秀生、中等生和学困生得到均衡发展。笔者认为,分层教学法符合“为了每一个孩子的成长,不放弃每一个孩子”的教育新理念,具体教学时应采取如下措施:一、动态水平的分层为了准确地把握学生动态水平层次,教师应多观察、多了解学生,根据学生思想品德学科成绩和作业、学习态度、课堂反应情况进行分层。一般可以分为高、中、低三个层次:高层次学生基础知识掌握得好,学习积极性高,具备一定的分析能力,抽象思维能力强,成绩良好以上;低层次学
