利用箱式退火炉对0Cr21Ni6Mn9N钢管进行不同工艺的退火处理,采用OM和SEM观察了退火后0Cr21Ni6Mn9N钢管的微观组织,并研究了退火对钢管析出行为的影响,结果表明:钢管在630~850℃退火时有明显的M_(23)C_6型碳化物析出,在800℃左右析出最多,析出量随温度的升高先增多后减少,在850℃退火时基本无析出物;在650℃退火10min后,在钢的晶界处有少量析出;随着退火保温时间的延长,析出量增多,且逐渐向晶内生长。
The annealing process of 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N steel was carried out in a box annealing furnace. The microstructure of 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N steel was observed by OM and SEM. The effects of annealing on the precipitation behavior of the steel were also studied. The results show that the steel annealed at 630 ~ 850 ℃ When the obvious precipitates of M_ (23) C_6 type carbides are precipitated at about 800 ℃, the amount of precipitates increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature, and almost no precipitates are observed at 850 ℃. After annealed at 650 ℃ for 10 min, There is a small amount of precipitation at the grain boundary of the steel; with the extension of annealing holding time, the amount of precipitation increases and gradually grows into the crystal.
