本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定黄体酮中“其他甾体”含量，色谱柱为ＯＤＳ柱；流动相采用甲醇－水（７２：２８），流速为１．ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ；紫外检测器，检测波长为２４ｌｎｍ。本法简便、快速、准确，适用于黄体酮的常规分析。
In this paper, reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of “other steroids” in progesterone. The column was ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (72:28) and the flow rate was 1. mL / min; UV detector, detection wavelength of 24lnm. This method is simple, fast and accurate, suitable for the routine analysis of progesterone.
