将HRP定位注入至前庭神经下核(DesendingVestibularNucleus,DVN),观察逆行标记的浦氏细胞在小脑皮质的分布。HRP注入DVN时,标记细胞(Labeledcels,LC)出现在Ⅰ~Ⅹ小叶的同侧,主要分布在小叶的基底部和中间部,小叶尖端很少,其中Ⅸ和Ⅹ小叶最多(49.4%和16.7%);分布在Ⅰ~Ⅴ小叶的LC呈纵长带状分布,此带宽约1.0mm,Ⅰ~Ⅱ小叶位于Voogd[1]的A2、B1带,其余位于B1、B2带内,分布在Ⅸ小叶的LC分为距正中线0.5mm以内的内侧带和1.0~1.7mm的外侧带。Ⅹ小叶的LC从中线向外呈均匀分布。
