企业文化作为一个系统,包含四个子系统,即表层物质文化,浅层行为文化,中层制度文化和深层观念文化。这四个子系统即四种文化不是相互对立、相互割裂的,而是相互作用相互贯通的。在企业文化发展的不同阶段,将由不同的文化形态占支配、主导地位。随着企业经济的发展,四种文化形态内在的矛盾运动促使企业文化从表层发展到深层,提高了企业文化的层次。在过去的十年里,深圳企业文化基本走完表层阶段;浅层阶段,正完善中层制度文化阶段,有些开始迈向深层
Corporate culture as a system contains four subsystems, namely surface material culture, shallow behavior culture, middle system culture and deep concept culture.
