本研究通过用重组DNA技术制备NMDA受体亚单位融合蛋白并免疫动物获得相应的特异性抗体,采用定量免疫印迹技术系统研究了大鼠、小鼠和人类不同脑区NMDA受体亚单位NR1、NR2A及NR2B在不同发育阶段的表达。并经免疫沉淀和定量免疫印迹分析,获得了有关天然NMDA受体亚单位组成的结果:成年大鼠皮层组织的主要受体亚型
In this study, NMDA receptor subunit fusion protein was prepared by recombinant DNA technology and the corresponding specific antibodies were obtained by immunization of animals. Quantitative immunoblotting was used to systematically study the expression of NMDA receptor subunits NR1, NR2A and NR2B expression at different developmental stages.
