随着经济社会的不断发展,对国家行政管理水平的要求也随之提高,作为国家机关的行政事业单位的职责也在不断细化和完善。新的社会形式要求政府部门要转变职能,而预算管理作为政务改革的重要内容,对打造服务型政府起到关键作用。在此背景下,行政事业单位必须要加大对预算管理的重视程度,不断优化预算管理模式,这样才能形成符合新要求的工作机制。本文对行政事业单位预算管理现状存在问题进行剖析,同时对改善预算管理途径进行探索,为不断提升行政事业单位的履职能力提供有力保障。
With the constant development of economy and society, the requirements for the administrative level of the state have also been raised. The responsibilities of the administrative institutions as state organs have also been constantly refined and improved. The new social form requires government departments to change their functions, and budget management, as an important part of government reform, plays a key role in building a service-oriented government. Under this background, the administrative institutions must increase their emphasis on budget management and constantly optimize the budget management mode in order to form a working mechanism that meets the new requirements. This article analyzes the existing problems in the budget management of the administrative units, at the same time, it explores ways to improve the budget management and provides a strong guarantee for continuously improving the performance capability of the administrative units.
