一次在办公室有老师找学生谈话,谈了一个多小时,讲了很多道理,学生始终站在那儿听。从学生的神情看,效果并不好。为什么?是教师的教育方法出现了偏差,没有对症下药。我认为,要有效地转化问题学生,至少可以做好以下几个方面的工作:一、唤醒自尊,提升认知水平经常犯错误的学生,其错误或坏习惯往往与低认知相关。要使这样的学生改正错误,必须找回他们的自尊,使他们接受教师的帮助和教育。
Once a teacher in the office to talk to students, talked more than an hour, made a lot of truth, students always stand there listening. From the student’s look, the effect is not good. Why? It is a deviation of the teacher’s education method, there is no remedy. I think, to effectively transform students, at least the following aspects can be done: First, to awaken self-esteem, improve cognitive skills often make mistakes students, their wrong or bad habits are often associated with low awareness. For such students to correct their mistakes, they must regain their self-esteem so that they can receive help and education from teachers.
