近年来,我国相关部门积极出台各种政策鼓励发展成人教育,并且进一步加大在教育方面的投入,使成人教育事业迅速发展起来。成人教育的教学管理工作,应主动适应社会主义和谐社会的大环境,严格遵循党的十七大报告中提出的“发展远程教育与继续教育,建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会”的要求,不断提高成人教育教学的质量,深化管理创新理念。
