获奖案例的共同特点,是产权交易机构的市场化运作能力的明显提升,实现交易程序规范化和交易方式多样化,促进了国有资产的规范转让2008中国国际工业博览会闭幕之际,作为这一盛会三大奖项之一的“产权交易最佳策划奖”也已揭晓,黑龙江省产权交易中心等七家产权交易机构申报参选的案例在专家评审中脱颖而出,分别获得一、二、三等奖。
