有限公司在上市前均会进行股份制改造,在企业股份制过程中给公司员工与管理层持股则是大多数企业普遍采用的股权设置办法,一方面用股权激励来增强员工对企业的凝聚力及归属感,另一方面也可以符合上市公司的相关规则。从目前看持股方式主要包括员工个人直接持股、通过有限公司间接持股、成立合伙企业间接持股和上述几种方式的组合与职工持股会等。而职工持股会需关注证监会对翔鹭钨业工会持股的意见,本文对前三种入股平台进行了探讨。
