膜的结构与功能在细胞损伤中的作用日益引起人们的重视。1979年Schanne等(Science 1979;206:700)。提出了细胞中毒死亡的“两步机理”,认为首先是损伤因素破坏了质膜的完整性,细胞外Ca~(++)跨膜内流而导致细胞代谢紊乱,甚至死亡。我们已报道消炎痛对多种肝损伤都有明显的保护作用(北京医科大学学报1988;20:181),这种保护作用是否与膜的变化有关,本工作采用荧光偏振技术,对大鼠肝细胞质膜的流动性进行了观察。
The role of membrane structure and function in cell injury has drawn increasing attention. 1979 Schanne et al. (Science 1979; 206: 700). The “two-step mechanism” of cell death caused by poisoning of cells was proposed. It is considered that the damage factors destroy the integrity of plasma membrane firstly, and the extracellular Ca ~ (++) transmembrane influx leads to disorder of cell metabolism and even death. We have reported that indomethacin has a significant protective effect on a variety of liver injuries (Journal of Beijing Medical University 1988; 20: 181). Whether this protective effect is related to changes in the membrane, this work uses fluorescence polarization technology to rat liver The plasma membrane fluidity was observed.
