利用带电粒子薄层活化法,对一种ZS1105型柴油发动机缸套内壁和活塞环镀层的磨损进行了初步检测。实现了在发动机不同运行状态下,对缸套内壁和活塞环镀层磨损的同时在线测定。在本实验条件下,基于300 s测段本底计数的估计,本法对汽缸内壁和活塞环镀层的最小测量磨损厚度分别为9 nm和100 nm。
The wear of a kind of ZS1105 diesel engine cylinder liner and piston ring coating was preliminarily tested by using charged particle thin layer activation method. In the different operating conditions of the engine, the on-line determination of wear on the inner wall of the cylinder liner and the piston ring is achieved. Under this experimental condition, based on the estimation of the 300 s field background count, the minimum measured abrasion thicknesses of the cylinder wall and the piston ring coating in this method are 9 nm and 100 nm, respectively.
