随着田径运动的发展和多学科 的科研成果在短跑项目中的广泛应用,现代短跑技术已逐渐形成了重心平稳、大步幅、高频率和动作协调放松的特点。而在短跑训练的实践中和现行的田径教科书中其技术练习的方法比较少,原有的练习方法较陈旧,传统的短跑专门性练习已不适应现代短跑技术的特点,有些练习在肌肉用力方式和技术结构上与短跑技术要求上有较大的差异,难以使这些练习达到学习和改进技术的目的。因此,在训练实践中我们通过对现代短跑技术的认识和对原有的短跑技术练习的分析,提出了改进的建议。
With the development of track and field and multidisciplinary scientific achievements widely used in sprint project, the modern sprint technology has gradually formed the characteristics of steady, big stride, high frequency and coordinated relaxation of movement. However, in the practice of sprint training and the current track and field textbook, there are few methods of technical practice. The original practice methods are rather old, and the traditional practice of sprint specialization has not met the characteristics of modern sprint technology. And technical structure and sprint technical requirements are quite different, it is difficult to make these exercises to learn and improve the technical purpose. Therefore, in the training practice, we put forward suggestions for improvement through the understanding of modern sprint technology and the analysis of the original sprint technical exercises.
