大麦种子以~(60)Coγ射线辐照,剂量为9.3—4.7krad,研究了根尖细胞染色体畸变的频率及类型。回归分析表明,总染色体畸变频率与剂量间是线性关系,而二击产物(着丝点环和双着丝点体)与剂量之间是二次方关系。
Barley seeds were irradiated with ~ (60) Coγ-ray at a dose of 9.3-4.7krad, and the frequency and type of chromosome aberrations in root tip cells were studied. Regression analysis showed that there was a linear relationship between total chromosomal aberration frequency and dose, while the second-hit products (centromere and dicentrics) and dose were quadratic.
