CDM机制是《京都议定书》中提出的,用于发达国家和发展中国国家就碳减排量进行交易的方法和基础。结合我国近年来地源热泵规模化发展,以及地源热泵利用清洁能源具有节能减排的效果,在地源热泵项目中应用CDM机制是具有极大潜力和意义的。地源热泵的碳减排量计算方法的确定,是将CDM机制引入地源热泵项目的基础和前提,因此,本文借鉴了CDM相关方法学中的概念,根据我国应用地源热泵的特点,提出了地源热泵项目碳减排量计算方法体系。期望可以为未来形成可接受的CDM计算方法提供参考。并为我国地源热泵碳减排的计算和监测奠定基础。
The CDM mechanism is proposed in the “Kyoto Protocol” for developed and developing countries to trade carbon emission reduction methods and basis. In combination with the large-scale development of ground source heat pumps in China in recent years and the energy saving and emission reduction effect of ground source heat pumps using clean energy, it is of great potential and significance to apply the CDM mechanism in ground source heat pump projects. Ground source heat pump to determine the calculation of carbon emission reduction is to introduce CDM mechanism into ground-source heat pump project basis and premise, therefore, this paper draws on the concept of CDM-related methodology, according to the characteristics of China’s application of ground source heat pump Ground source heat pump project carbon emission reduction calculation method system. Expectations can provide a reference for the future formation of acceptable CDM calculation methods. And laid the foundation for the calculation and monitoring of the GHG emission reduction in China.
