以重铬酸钾为氧化剂及亚硫酸氢钠为还原剂,分别在强氧化条件下及氧化-还原条件下处理快淬NdFeB微晶磁粉表面,研究了处理后磁粉的热氧化及抗氧化机理。结果表明,预氧化及预氧化-还原处理能使磁粉的抗氧化性能明显提高。
Using potassium dichromate as oxidant and sodium bisulfite as reductant, the surface of quenched NdFeB ceramic powder was treated under strong oxidation and oxidation-reduction conditions respectively. The thermal oxidation and anti-oxidation mechanism of the treated powder were studied. The results show that the pre-oxidation and pre-oxidation-reduction treatment can significantly improve the oxidation resistance of magnetic powder.
