中小企业是国家创新发展的重要组成部分,但由于资金、人员、信息、技术等方面的限制,需要其他机构与其共同完成科技创新工作,高校图书馆在为中小企业提供协同创新中有较强的优势。本文从信息资源结构、业务资质、用户群体和服务网络几方面进行了分析,并对未来的发展提出一些建议。 Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of a country’s innovation and development. However, due to restrictions on capital, personnel, information and technology, other institutions need to work together to accomplish scientific and technological innovation. Higher education institutions have a stronger Advantage. This article analyzes the structure of information resources, business qualifications, user groups and service networks, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development.
