本文利用霍兰德职业兴趣测验对某师范学院女大学毕业生职业兴趣倾向现状进行调查,以求了解当前女大学生职业兴趣状况,为即将走向工作岗位的她们做一个初步职场定位并提供一定就业指导。目前,女大学毕业生的职业兴趣倾向集中在常规型职业,对从事艺术型职业表现出较高兴趣,从事研究型职业表现较冷淡。影响职业兴趣倾向的主要因素有个性特征、是否担任班干部、参加课外活动的频率、职业价值观。
This article uses Holland’s occupation interest test to investigate the status quo of female students ’professional interest in a normal college in order to understand the current status of female students’ occupational interest, to make a preliminary career orientation for them and to provide some employment guidance . At present, the female students graduates tend to focus on the occupational interests of conventional occupations, to engage in art-based occupational showed a higher interest in engaged in research-based occupational performance more frosty. The major factors affecting the tendency of occupational interest are personality characteristics, whether or not to be the class cadre, the frequency of participating in extracurricular activities and the professional values.
