陈荣悌(1919-2001),四川垫江人。著名化学家,中国科学院院士,曾任天津市人大常委会副主任、中国致公党天津市委员会主委、第七届全国政协委员、第八届全国政协常委。陈荣悌早年考入湖南大学化学系,1938年因故转学四川大学,1941年毕业并考入武汉大学攻读研究生课程。1944年毕业后,他赴重庆中央大学任教,同年考取公费留美资格,1947年夏赴美留学。1949年,陈荣悌进入美国 Chen Rong 悌 (1919-2001), Sichuan Dianjiang people.
