业务和市场的规模并不是越大越好,需要理性对待主流观点及其相应实践。房地产企业的经营环境正在不断变化,跨界发展、多元化转型已经成为无法回避的问题。事实证明,多元化战略与专业化战略各有所长,对房企来说战略类型并无对错,只有是否合适。本文拟对多元化战略的规模、形成与执行进行初步探讨,并提出有限多元、战略创造、权变执行的对策。
The bigger the business and the market are not the bigger the better, and the mainstream view and its corresponding practices need to be rationally treated. The real estate business environment is constantly changing, cross-border development, diversification has become an unavoidable problem. Facts have proved that diversification strategy and specialization strategy have their own strengths, the type of strategy for the room business right or wrong, only if it is appropriate. This article intends to make a preliminary study on the scale, formation and implementation of diversification strategy, and puts forward the countermeasures of limited diversification, strategic creation and contingent execution.
