分析测定了杏(P.armeniaca Linn)4个品种红荷苞、红玉杏、大红杏、白玉杏的果实生长发育动态及其水分、干物质、糖、酸、维生素 C 和氮、磷、钾含量的变化.果实生长发育呈三慢二快“双 s”曲线,大致可分为三个时期.生长量及果径以第一期最大,果重以第三期最大,水分、干物重含量变化与果重一致,糖、酸、维生素 C 和氮、磷、钾含量变化均与果实发育有密切关系.
