利用机械振动体的三维耦合振动,研制了一种新型的高频大功率超声辐射器,即立方体型振动辐射器.从理论上推出了振子的频率方程,研究了纵振动与横振动之间的耦合关系;从耦合振动的角度得出了材料泊松系数的取值范围.实验表明,辐射器的频率设计值与测量值符合很好.由于纵横振动的强烈耦合,增大了声波辐射面积,改善了声匹配,提高了辐射器的辐射效率及声功率.
Using the three-dimensional coupled vibration of the mechanical vibrator, a new type of high-frequency high-power ultrasonic radiator, namely a cubic vibrating radiator, has been developed. The frequency equation of vibrator is deduced theoretically, and the coupling relation between longitudinal vibration and transverse vibration is studied. The range of Poisson coefficient is obtained from the perspective of coupling vibration. Experiments show that the design of the radiator frequency and measured values in good agreement. Due to the strong coupling of longitudinal and transverse vibration, the acoustic radiation area is increased, the acoustic matching is improved, and the radiation efficiency and acoustic power of the radiator are increased.
