为观察高氟对大鼠心肌电生理及心电图的影响 ,给两组 (每组 10只 ) Wistar大鼠饲喂正常饲料 ,分别饮用 1.5 8mmol/L、2 .6 3mmol/L 高氟水。实验 8个月时测定尿氟含量 ;描记心电图 ;处死动物行心肌电生理检查 ,同时留取血清测氟含量。结果显示 :两组大鼠尿氟、血清氟含量升高 ;心肌细胞动作电位的 RP、APA均降低、Vmax减慢、APD5 0 、APD90 均缩短 ;心电图 T波振幅降低 ,Q- T间期缩短。高氟能引起心肌细胞损伤 ,导致心肌电生理和心电图改变。
To observe the effect of high fluoride on myocardial electrophysiology and electrocardiogram (ECG) in rats, two groups of 10 Wistar rats were fed with normal diet, 1.58mmol / L and 2.36mmol / L of high fluoride water respectively. Urine fluoride content was measured at 8 months of experiment; electrocardiogram was recorded; myocardial electrophysiological examination was performed on animals, meanwhile serum level of fluoride was measured. The results showed that the urinary fluoride and serum fluoride contents of the two groups were increased; the action potentials of cardiomyocytes decreased, RP and APA decreased, Vmax decreased, APD50 and APD90 both shortened; the amplitude of ECG T-wave decreased and Q-T interval shortened . High fluoride can cause myocardial cell injury, leading to myocardial electrophysiology and ECG changes.
