一、概况北京军区281医院供水管线为直径6英寸的铸铁管,全长2.3公里。1942年建成使用。由于年久失修,管内沉积严重、输水能力下降已无法满足医院生产生活的基本要求。为此,该医院多次请有关单位帮助寻找解决办法,但都没有解决。回答是:“四十多年的管道理应报废”。我们从管线的定点解剖发现,在管线0~~50米处,其最小通水直径仅57毫米,见图1。从0~600米管段,平均通水直径95毫米,沉积量为5.35米~3,占管道理论有效容积的51%。全线结垢沉积量为14.95米~3。除管内沉积严重外,且结垢厚度不规则,全线首未端通水直径相差很大。
