河南要在中部崛起中率先实现中原崛起,没有中小企业的健康发展是不够的。河南非国有经济发展的瓶颈就在于中小企业得不到足够的金融扶持、融资担保有困难。因此在目前的经济形势下,河南省的各级政府及金融企业把关注的目光更多地投向中小企业确有必要。
Henan will take the lead in realizing the rise of Central China in the rise of Central China. Without the healthy development of SMEs, it is not enough. The bottleneck of the non-state-owned economy in Henan lies in the fact that SMEs can not obtain enough financial support and the financing guarantee is difficult. Therefore, under the current economic situation, it is indeed necessary for all levels of government and financial enterprises in Henan Province to focus their attention more on small and medium-sized enterprises.
