目的优选芪参健骨颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验法,考察药材粒度、浸泡时间、溶媒用量、提取时间和提取次数等因素的影响,以黄芪甲苷、丹酚酸B的转移率为指标,采用多指标综合评分法(权重系数为黄芪甲苷∶丹酚酸B=0.6∶0.4)确定最佳提取工艺。结果芪参健骨颗粒的最佳提取工艺为药材饮片浸泡1 h,以12倍量水提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论优选的提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重复性好。
Objective Optimization of Qishenjiangyu particles the best extraction process. Methods The single factor test and L9 (34) orthogonal test were used to investigate the effects of the factors such as the particle size, the soaking time, the amount of solvent, the extraction time and the number of extraction. The metastatic rate of astragaloside IV and salvianolic acid B was taken as the index, Multi-index comprehensive score method (weight coefficient of Astragaloside: salvianolic acid B = 0.6: 0.4) to determine the best extraction process. Results The optimal extraction technology of Qishen Jiangu granules was immersed in Herbal Pieces for 1 h and extracted twice with 12 times of water for 0.5 h. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is feasible, the process is stable and the repeatability is good.
