The 2nd Hubei Science and Technology Forum, hosted by Hubei Provincial People's Government and hosted by Hubei Association for Science and Technology, opened grandly in Wuhan on October 19 and was held in 10 sub-venues and 30 sub-venues in Jingzhou and Yichang.
