“做课”,是进行观摩教学的一种流行的术语。对这种说法与做法,我总是很反感。我认为,“课”是讲出来的,不是“做”出来的。为了使教师们相互学习,取长补短,共同提高,可以组织互相听课,观摩教学。但我觉得最好的办法是随堂听课。教师平时教学,不是都要充分备课么?如果有人要听课,请听好了,完全不必要因有人听课而事先“做课”。有些观摩课,由于是事先“做”出来的,因此,极不真实。有时,听课人看到学生回答问题对答如流,仿佛这一班学生个个是“神童”。相比之下,自己平时教的学生则个个成了“低能儿”。教师讲课,一会儿象演员在“独白”;一会儿如魔术师在表演,
“Do class” is a popular term for observing teaching. I am always disgusted with this statement and practice. I think, “lesson” is to speak out, not “done” out.
